Then I'm directed to go inside an see the Service rep, who is Usually Chuck S. I'm sorry Can't pronounce it lol.... Where he takes an writes up my service, then I proceed to the lounge an wait while it's being done, very comfortable chairs an plenty of coffee an snacks an such there. When my car is done Chuck comes an gets me, explains what has been done, I sign paperwork an hands me my keys. An I'm off... More

Anything that needs to be fixed or replaced is explained to me by Mr. Massey before proceeding with the job. The atmosphere is one of "we welcome you and we are here to service your safety needs". Diana gave exceptional customer service! I was extremely impressed with Diana. She smiled and acknowledged me as soon as I walked up to the counter, was kind, and genuine. She promised me th I was extremely impressed with Diana. She smiled and acknowledged me as soon as I walked up to the counter, was kind, and genuine. She promised me that my car service would be finished by 10:45 and it was actually done 20 minutes earlier. I have been leasing Nissans through Lokey for 5 years. I have had many oil changes with them. Most of the service department associates are polite, but Diana took it to the next level. I didn't feel like just another customer to deal with, I felt she actually cared about me as a customer. Personally, I recommend Lokey get more service associates like her. I've had some sub par experiences with the guys at the front . I have felt like I was being talked at instead of talked to. One guy didn't acknowledge that I was standing in front of him for several minutes. When he did speak to me he told me l was checked in and the waiting lobby was over there. Then I asked him why my brakes were squealing and he went on a 15 min rant about how that's normal and some pseudo physics about how not every car starts at the same place so I wouldn't hear their breaks squeal. Then he goes on another tangent(10 min this time) about the survey and if I give perfect scores I could get $25 in my account. The whole interaction seemed disingenuous because he didn't even say hello or anything but when he wants me to fill out the survey he talks. Nobody wants to hear about a survey for ten minutes. I've also dealt with a manager there that was supposed to refund me $100 and even gave me his cell phone number. I thought wow he really does care. Nope. He stopped answering my texts and didn't return my calls. I eventually gave up because I figured $100 wasn't worth the aggravation. The reason that he was going to give me $100 was because the sales associate that leased me the Sentra I have now told me that my mileage overages would be forgiven because I was leasing through Nissan again ( last car was an Altima ) . I figured lesson learned because I was ignorant to how lease renewals work. I know Lokey tries to give excellent customer service, however, that's hasn't been my experience at times. I'm honestly thinking of going with another dealership when my lease is up. Lokey is convenient but there are so many other places to go. On another note, the work that I have had done at Lokey has always been quality. The collision center associates were wonderful. I like how the people on the sales floor don't descend on you to try to sell you a new car when your just sitting there waiting for an oil change. I like the lifetime free oil changes. You have to book a bit in advance though because the good spots fill up fast. They also will wash and vacuum your car for free, big plus. They also keep snacks and coffee for you while you wait. Lokey isn't all bad, they have some great points. It's just that interpersonal interactions carry a lot of influence with me. More
My experience I think the team there is very knowledgeable hands on and dedicated to helping their customers feel like they are part of the family.
