Good Experience Went in for an oil change and to have a tire plugged. Took an hour and fifteen minutes which is a bit long in my book. However, everyone there was very kind, offering everyone drinks and snacks, not trying to upsale services to folks, and the waiting area is pretty nice. All in all a good experience. More

Slooooooow..... Service dept. is too small, parking lot is over crowded, vehicles parked everywhere.......hardly any room to move. Services take too long. I read a Service dept. is too small, parking lot is over crowded, vehicles parked everywhere.......hardly any room to move. Services take too long. I read about this problem online prior to buying my car here but hoped it was just a couple isolated issues. Apparently not. Also parts dept. is small and does not stock a lot of parts. This causes multiple trips to dealership for repairs. Service adviser Kevin was great, not his fault for other issues More

16,000 mile service I love my Nissan Rogue and the Lokey dealership. Great service and employees. My only negative comment is in regards to 2 small non mechanical reque I love my Nissan Rogue and the Lokey dealership. Great service and employees. I requested info regarding driver seat repositioning and for my dashboard clock to be corre tly set. Neither was done upon completion of service.
