Personalized diagnostic Unfortunatly it took more than 1 visit for issue on the car to get fixed. I’m happy that on this final visit the machinic did a ride along with me to Unfortunatly it took more than 1 visit for issue on the car to get fixed. I’m happy that on this final visit the machinic did a ride along with me to pin point the source of the issue. This worked! The service adviser is not a machanic just “Someone to cash you out” The machanic being directly involved with the client made the difference. This involvement should be done all the time. In the past the service adviser (Chuck) Always says “There is nothing wrong, no issue exist” When indeed there was something wrong and mechanic fixed it More

No worry I was out shopping and my car suddenly didn't recognize the key. I called Chuck right away. He suggested a charge and assured me it would be taken car I was out shopping and my car suddenly didn't recognize the key. I called Chuck right away. He suggested a charge and assured me it would be taken care of if I could get the car there within four hours. Another shopper jumped the battery. Lokey service took care of my emergency problem quickly at no charge since the battery condition was overlooked during a checkup three weeks before. Awesome service. More
