I brought my truck in on 12/26. It was having transmission issues. I scheduled the service online because I figured it would be busy after the holidays. I made a mistake and somehow It was having transmission issues. I scheduled the service online because I figured it would be busy after the holidays. I made a mistake and somehow schedule an express service but put in the note that my transmission wasn’t working. When I got to the dealership I explained my situation and had scheduled an appointment online. A nice lady directed me to Lee. Lee was very frustrated when I got to him about how busy he was, he asked what I was there for. I told him my situation and I had an appointment. He then very rudely pointed out I scheduled an express service. I apologize and ask if they could look at my truck. He said looks like your warranty ran out. He was still being very short and rude. I said I had an extended warranty through CNA National. He very quickly said I don’t work with that company. I asked why and he explained they had resent trouble with the company and called another guy over to explain to me his experience. That guy said he had a woman’s car since December 16th and was still waiting on parts. Which doesn’t seem that crazy since it’s the holiday season and shipping usually is terrible at that time. I said so you’re not going to fix my truck? He said I’m not working with your extended warranty company. I said what am I supposed to do with my truck if the dealership isn’t going to fix it? He shrugged and said I will not work with your extended warranty company. I walked called Crown Nissan where I have been going since my last bad experience with Lokey Nissan. They said of course we will work on it. I had it towed down to Crown Nissan and had it back with a new transmission in 4 days. I gave Lokey a second chance but that was the last. More
