When having my car towed in to have it serviced being it would not start and also wanting an oil change. I was lost for words when I was told they could not figure out what was causing the engine to not sta would not start and also wanting an oil change. I was lost for words when I was told they could not figure out what was causing the engine to not start, that I needed to find my own way to have it towed ACROSS THE STREET LITERALLY to Hyundai. When I explained I used my last tow there since they are the ones who sold me the car. I was told they would absolutely NOT help me in any way besides give me a number to a company who tows. Once my car Reached Kia by my own arrangements, it ended up being my battery. I wish I could less then the one star, any around the corner mechanic should have been able to figure this out without the extra tow bill and headache. More

Well they started out great been getting oil change for almost 4 yrs now. On our last visit the tech ce out and stated we needed brakes and the tires were not the right size. I have been having issues with the transmission for a long time and sometime ago they said there was a recall about the computer part. It should fix the issue of not shifting right or the engine racing a long time and sometime ago they said there was a recall about the computer part. It should fix the issue of not shifting right or the engine racing and only going slow when I takeoff. Then the last time I had it in for recall, they said they couldn’t find anything wrong even though I had two issues where I was backing up and the engine was revving and I had to throw it into park to keep it from running over the tire bumpers and into a building. I’m not exactly happy with my Nissan Titan only for that reason . I don’t understand why they can’t seem to repair it properly or even admit that there’s an issue. Along with that the back up sensor only works sporadically and they said they tested it and everything is fine. Obviously does not work because I wouldn’t say that it didn’t work if it did work. I don’t understand this company !!!!! I have also filled a couple of these out before and no response from the survey so I guess it goes back onto the Nissan corporation. More
