Nikki was great and wasn't trying to sell me a service that wasn't needed. Grateful about that. I like how they sent the video on my car instead of giving me a list of what's needed. I habe had a terrible experience with this dealership. I had an agreement for new seat upholstery and they would not honor it. The sales manager Christian, said it was too much and refused to honor the ag I had an agreement for new seat upholstery and they would not honor it. The sales manager Christian, said it was too much and refused to honor the agreement. The new seat upholstery cost $2,000. He said it was too much and contributed only $250.00 . I don't like this vehicle at all. I hate the way it drives. I attempted to return it but they valued it at $10,000 less than what i paid. I hope i will be able to go elsewhere for maintenance and hopefully be able to sell it and for a decent price and buy something from an honorable dealership which they are not! More
