My Google 1 Star review was deleted by Lokey Nissan. Incredible how they do not accept their fault. This confirms what I was saying was true. Incredible how they do not accept their fault. This confirms what I was saying was true. More
THE WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER! !! What a complete circus of an organization. My wife and I bought a new car and sold them our current car (Not a Trade In). We only owed $10k on our !! What a complete circus of an organization. My wife and I bought a new car and sold them our current car (Not a Trade In). We only owed $10k on our current car and it was worth $26,500 private party. We decided to sell it to Lokey and get an equity check (the positive difference of $15k of what is was sold for versus what we owed). Alex was the finance guy we were sent to. He overlooked the paperwork and without any substance as to why told us that the deal they had written down was wrong and we had to pay $11k more for the new car. I laughed and pointed out that we were not trading a car in just simply selling it. He said I was wrong and held his ground so we got up and left. Chancey our salesman (who was great) told us to hang on a moment and he got Elon his manager. Elon went over and sternly corrected Alex and apologized to us and then Alex realizing his mistake went through with the original deal. During our five hours there (on Valentine's Day) this same person Alex, we watched get verbally berated by several salesman as to why he wasn't doing his job and overhear two commenting that he was too concerned with his gf on Valentines Day (the day we made the transaction) to do his job. We fully financed the new car and were told we'd get a check for our current car that we sold in 48 hours. After nine days of zero communication and multiple attempts to do so I finally received a text back from Alex in their finance department. He conveniently texted me Friday night after the accounting department in the dealership was gone to come Sunday to sign some more papers. We arrived Sunday to Alex just leaving us a stack of papers. Instead of sitting with his client he walked away and had us find him once we were done. Luckily I have contract aptitude and noticed several areas he didn't highlight that I thought should be initialed. Once we found him he said he was sorry and I was right. So a normal person would have missed that and had to come back a second time since Alex cannot do his job. Today is day 13 since the transaction occurred. I left text and voicemails plural yesterday for both Alex and Ryan in the finance department and neither returned my calls or texts. Yet another sign of their lack of class, customer service, or humility. My wife went in today and was able to secure a check and heard story after story about how the owner and Alex are personal friends and complaining about him goes no where. They said this is par for the course with Alex he is terrible at his job and makes mistakes on every transaction. However it does nothing to complain. If you're considering doing business here I challenge you to seek a deal ANYWHERE else as they may actually care about you there and your time. Lokey Nissan doesn't care about their customers in ANY WAY, SHAPE, or FORM. Based on our experience. In closing Alex we all know those shoes are Fucci not Gucci they're as fake as You, Your thank yous, excuses, and smile. More
