They treat you like family and the reason I know is because I went to the Kia on I think it's Adamo and I felt like every one was disgruntled. So I shall keep going to Clearwater and know they are pro because I went to the Kia on I think it's Adamo and I felt like every one was disgruntled. So I shall keep going to Clearwater and know they are professional and courteous. Wish they brought back the carwash. Lol. It feels nice to see people smiling and laughing. More

Finding out your warranty expired after you asked at the last visit, and where told you were good through 2022 really can sour an experience, then being charged $100 to look at what is wrong, how can you ex last visit, and where told you were good through 2022 really can sour an experience, then being charged $100 to look at what is wrong, how can you expect me to trust you. When moving here I'll try to build a relationship with the Kia dealership because I have a Sorento. Once I took it in locked my vehicle and when I picked it up it had been broken into. Initially they were the Kia dealership because I have a Sorento. Once I took it in locked my vehicle and when I picked it up it had been broken into. Initially they were not going to reimburse me for my stolen items but the service manager at the time his name was Bo went to bat for me and after threats and ultimatums I was reimbursed. I went in another time stood in front of the service rep for about 10 minutes while he worked on the computer. When I asked him if he was going to get around to waiting on me, he asked me can't I see that he was busy. Even been busy the courteous thing to do was to acknowledge my presence. Tried to find the new service manager he was nowhere to be found so I went to the sales manager or the general manager when explaining it to him I got this blank look from him like he heard me and then he responded I'll look into it. From his body language and his response I knew I was communicating to death years. Went back in after saying I was never going back, for noise in the rear of the vehicle. It was diagnosed as drive shaft and quoted me a tad under $1,900 to fix it. Not wanting to spend that much on a 2016 I went online and found a used shaft for $225 took it somewhere else and they charged me for 1 hour labor. After they replaced the noise was still there so I thought I bought a bad shaft. So I went and bought another one off of a 2018 with 38,000 miles for $265 on it had it installed and still the same noise. Now I am out of $590 plus the labor and it was never the drive shaft. If I would have allowed them to install it I would be out $1,900. I took it in the other day for a recall with no incidents and was greeted nicely by Dave which he told me his function was to improve the service dept. I personally have had a very bad experience with Loki Kia. I have to give credit where credits due I did speak to a service advisor named Dave Woodman that made him aware of my situations and at least he listened as if he cared. The how much he can do about it I do not know but I would guess very little because I really believe it's the culture there. The other two bright spots is a young lady that attends the vehicles I believe her name is Nya and the ex service manager who is no longer with the dealership. Every time I have taken it in they did not repair but replaced, and I was okay with that. I've had a new engine and new rear end replaced there. And as I said before they wanted to replace the drive shaft and there was nothing wrong with it. I am in the market for a telluride which I will purchase in the next week or so but I will not buy it from that dealership. When things constantly go wrong and you have had multiple service reps with the same attitude towards you it's hard not to take it personal and wonder why me? That type of energy come top down and may be is allowed, and I wonder if it is not encouraged in order to send a message to certain demographics. More
