Left glass in my door and the broken glass covered clips in the side compartment of the door. I'd give zero stars if I could. They even blocked my car in when I went to pick it up. It's friendly, all the staff is willing to help and make your visit as pleasant as possible. They are always smiling to the customer. They dress impeccable and the area is super clean, when you enter to t your visit as pleasant as possible. They are always smiling to the customer. I was told my service advisor was Dave and NEVER spoke to him. Wade helped me the entire time… Wade told me my transmission needed replaced and that it would take about a month but they had a guy waiting for him. Wade helped me the entire time… Wade told me my transmission needed replaced and that it would take about a month but they had a guy waiting for over 6 months… thankfully it was finished in a month but turned out it was never my transmission! They replaced my engine at no cost I’m assuming because of a recall… well I picked my car up and drove 2 miles from the dealership just for the light to come back on. Took it back and wade tried to make me feel it was something I did because “the light was not on when he gave it to me” it turns out again they didn’t fully secure the knock sensor? Only good part of this whole deal was I didn’t have to pay anything. Grateful for that… very shady stuff going on here. Last but not least they didn’t give me a run down on what happened I found out by reading the paperwork and having to ask questions when I came back the second time… please be more thorough and have better customer service… More
