Service person was not very knowledgeable. Initially it was a part needed to address check engine light issue. Was told the part was in & it would take about 2 hrs. Service called three hou Initially it was a part needed to address check engine light issue. Was told the part was in & it would take about 2 hrs. Service called three hours later to tell me the part was not in (had been shipped to a dealership in the Midwest by mistake). Went in about 5 days later when it did finally arrive. Since car had almost 89,000 miles, asked if we should also have the 90,000 mile service & service said it would do that also.. When I picked up the car, I asked if the oil change had been done. Was told that since the last oil change was 4 months ago and 4,000 miles, it did not need to be done. The normal 7,500, 15,000 and 30,000 mile service intervals have always included oil changes and check of tire rotation if needed. Now I will need to return again in a month or two for that service, since I had thought it was included as part of the 90,000 mile service. Also did not understand why the car was brought initially when the part needed was not there. Would have thought service would have confirmed the part was there before I came in & being told 3 hrs later it was not there. More

Went back a few days later once part came in. Since car had almost 90,000 miles I asked if the 90,000 mile service should be done at same time & both were done. When picking up car, asked if the oil had been changed Was told no since last oil change was 4 months & only 4500 miles ago. I thought that all 7500, 15,000 & 30000 mile service included oil change & check for tire rotation if needed. Now I will need to return for that service. Also did not understand why service did not confirm that part was in before having me come in to fix the check engine problem More
