The service department has terrible customer service! I walked in and they didn’t greet or even acknowledge me until they were done with their personal conversation. I was told on the phone when I made the appt that the courtesy ride could get me home if I lived within 15 miles. When I got to the dealership to leave my car with no ride arranged and a plan for the courtesy ride to take me home, I was told that it was only within 10 miles and there was nothing they could do about it. He also said to me, I don’t know why you were told that but at this time in the day they won’t give you a ride, maybe if it was earlier. No apology or even acting like he cared. I ended up having to get rid of my Kia within a couple days of bringing it in for service, I didn’t want to put anymore money into fixing that car, it’s been a nightmare. But because of the issues with the car and the rude service department I refused to buy a Kia and don’t ever plan to buy another one again. More
I have waited over a month and a half since my 60,000 mile service in which your service department messed up and fluids ended up in my taillights! June 18th and STILL not completely resolved. Gone in a total of 4 times for this car and absolutely ridiculous I have this issue still. And, no surprise, fluid is back in my taillight since your department and shipping department can’t package a box right for my taillight parts. Still waiting for a phone call for the new parts to come so the job can be finished but, definitely, will not hold my breath. Worst experience I have had at any dealership so bravo. East Florida, South Dakota, Arizona, North Carolina….even Tampa Kia service….not ONE issue like this so, once again, bravo. More
