Called me and told me there was a recall on my windows. Service advisor agreed. When I was outside waiting for ride advisor told me no recall?? 3 windows inop on 2017 Sportage (factory defect). Then adviso Service advisor agreed. When I was outside waiting for ride advisor told me no recall?? 3 windows inop on 2017 Sportage (factory defect). Then advisor told me $324 to repair 1 window. 2 hours later calls mre and says $540 to repair 1 window. This is the same window this dealership repaired 11 months ago for $350? Spoke to service manager unhelpful...did not care...requested call from manager of dealership...5 days later...no call...Still cannot believe the bait and switch tactics...Recall? No recall $540 per window...Still have 2 inop windows...No customer service at this dealership More

I have been going to Lokey for 9 years and I feel like family with them! They always treat me right and keep my car running perfectly smooth. And my 2013 Kia Soul is an absolute gem! This is the first veh family with them! They always treat me right and keep my car running perfectly smooth. And my 2013 Kia Soul is an absolute gem! This is the first vehicle that I have ever owned that I want to keep and not trade in because it's perfectly made and never seems to have a problem! So with a great friendly dealership with excellent mechanics, and a wonderfully made vehicle, I'm a Lokey customer for life! More

It wasn’t a lovely experience. They had my car for 3 hours doing Nothing. No one called me to inform me about stuff I needed to know , or to call to let me know when my car will be They had my car for 3 hours doing Nothing.
