This was my first time at Lokey Kia. I needed an oil change and a tires rotated. Micheal McGhee was my service advisor. Terrible experience. Tech was extremely dismissive. Flat out refused to inspect my car correctly for a recall. Very happy with the patience and help given by Dave Woodman with me. I am “hard of hearing” and did not initially understand the charges for the service. He actually had applied all that Lokey allowed Woodman with me. I am “hard of hearing” and did not initially understand the charges for the service.
