This was my first time at Lokey Kia. I needed an oil change and a tires rotated. Micheal McGhee was my service advisor. Terrible experience. Tech was extremely dismissive. Flat out refused to inspect my car correctly for a recall. When I pointed out the malfunctioning part that was under the recall he actually said to me “I have no idea what that part is but it’s not part of the recall”. Very happy with the patience and help given by Dave Woodman with me. I am “hard of hearing” and did not initially understand the charges for the service.
