I had a warranty covered engine failure on a Kia product. It took over a month for them to work with the warranty provider, to verify it was a covered part failure. The service liaison assigned to me (Joe) was impossible to contact. After escalating to the department manager, things when smoother. Upon picking up my vehicle, several other parts (radio/usb charger were no longer functional but we’re working when we dropped it off). Overall my family has bought 4 vehicles from Lokey Kia and I highly doubt we will shop here ever again. More
