I brought my car in for the 8000 mile service. When I got there, I was told that there were two recalls on my car and that if I agreed for them to do it, it would take approximately an hour and a When I got there, I was told that there were two recalls on my car and that if I agreed for them to do it, it would take approximately an hour and a half to an hour and 45 minutes for it to be done. I agreed to wait for my car. After 2 1/2 hours my service advisor Finally came out and informed me that the recall was taking longer than expected to fix, and that I would need to be set up in a rental car. At that point I was driven to enterprise and put in a rental car, which I appreciated. More

Made an appointment for a recall service two weeks prior to the actual appointment. The woman on the phone told me they had the part, so we made the appointment. An hour after I arrived for my appointment, to the actual appointment. The woman on the phone told me they had the part, so we made the appointment. An hour after I arrived for my appointment, I was informed that they gave the part to someone else so they couldn’t fix the recall issue. The service worker was very friendly and apologetic, and I appreciated that. I took the day off from work to have this service…and ended up wasting the day. They said they’d call me when they get the part in to reschedule, that was a week ago…we’ll see. More

Oil change with no oil. Then had to wait my day waiting for Kia roadside to tow my car to get a real oil change. You’re lucky the car didn’t die! Wasted days work!!!!
