Efficient and Effective service provision from my initial phone call to schedule a oil change. On arrival I was promptly greeted and cared for by the office. I was able to use the Van service to enjoy the Ma phone call to schedule a oil change. On arrival I was promptly greeted and cared for by the office. The service at Lokey was very poor. I never received a call to discuss anything that needed work on my car. I also never received a call that it was ready for pick up. I had to call and I never received a call to discuss anything that needed work on my car. I also never received a call that it was ready for pick up. I had to call and check on it myself and they told me it had been done for awhile. When I picked up the car, it did not receive the complimentary wash that has been a standard since I bought the car over 5 years ago. There was grease filled paper left in my car and plastic left on the drivers seat. I have never received my car in that condition before this last visit. I also did not receive a copy of my multipoint inspection which has been very helpful in the past. I hope the next visit is better. More
I have been at the dealership maybe three times since buying my KIA. Twice was for oil changes & once not long after I bought for a tire issue. They replaced the tire without question. The staff was very friendly and the staff member that helped me was attentive. He came in and asked me if I wanted any other services that were due.
