Efficient and Effective service provision from my initial phone call to schedule a oil change. On arrival I was promptly greeted and cared for by the office. I was able to use the Van service to enjoy the Ma phone call to schedule a oil change. On arrival I was promptly greeted and cared for by the office. Oil change itself seemed to go well. However indicator for next service was not reset and their instructions on how to reset over the phone didn’t work. The service at Lokey was very poor. I never received a call to discuss anything that needed work on my car. I also never received a call that it was ready for pick up. I had to call and I never received a call to discuss anything that needed work on my car. I also never received a call that it was ready for pick up. I had to call and check on it myself and they told me it had been done for awhile. When I picked up the car, it did not receive the complimentary wash that has been a standard since I bought the car over 5 years ago. There was grease filled paper left in my car and plastic left on the drivers seat. I have never received my car in that condition before this last visit. I also did not receive a copy of my multipoint inspection which has been very helpful in the past. I hope the next visit is better. More

I have been at the dealership maybe three times since buying my KIA. Twice was for oil changes & once not long after I bought for a tire issue. They replaced the tire without question. The staff was very friendly and the staff member that helped me was attentive. He came in and asked me if I wanted any other services that were due.
