Right hand doesn't know what left hand is doing. Unorganized. Overly crowded. Don't care for it at all. Unorganized. Overly crowded. Don't care for it at all. More

For the last 3 years, I have been happy with the service I have received (mostly oil changes) at Lokey Kia. That changed a few weeks ago when my wife brought her 2019 Sorrento in for service. The ABS light I have received (mostly oil changes) at Lokey Kia. That changed a few weeks ago when my wife brought her 2019 Sorrento in for service. The ABS light was on and a sensor needed to be replaced. In addition, the brakes on this vehicle constantly squeal when driving slow and slowing down to a stop. She asked them to look at this and was told that the brake pads were within acceptable specs. She was then offered the option to have the rotors turned at a price of $400. This is RIDICULOUS and totally UNACCEPTABLE for a 3 year old vehicle with 20,000 miles. Not only do I have a factory warranty, but I also paid thousands for an extra maintenance service plan. From a customer service perspective, there is an issue with the brakes (annoying squealing) that should be addressed. Whether it is turning the rotors or simply applying some anti-squeal lubricant to the back of the pads, I believe that Lokey Kia should have made this right for the customer (would have been a very easy and cheap fix for Lokey) and it should be included in the maintenance plan. A lost key fob and a bad/dead battery are included, but a simple brake fix is not? I'm very unhappy with this latest service and will likely NOT buy another new vehicle from Lokey. Dealerships should strive to keep their customers happy with little, inexpensive service-related items that make a difference, prove you care, and show you want the customers' future business. More
