Dealership offered me a discount on alignment if I were to purchase new tires. They offered me a tire deal, if I purchased 3, I received the 4th one free. So I made another appointment to have 4 new tires and an alignment. Had that appointment today. Car drives and handles so much better. Thank you Lokey Kia. More
Completed work i did not authorize Was having problems with the puah button start in my vehicle. They told me they would take a look at it..2hrs later i see my car pull out of the garage. In the two hrs i sat there noone told me what they had found or ask my permission to fix the vehicle. I told the service tech that the vehicle was finished. He then proceeded to tell me it would be $350 as it was the battery. I told him aaa told me my battery was fine and i never authorized them to replace the battery. He said fine i would have to wait they will rip it out and i can take it somewhere else....i wasnt about to wait another two hrs so i said no give me the old battery so i can make sure it was dead he said no he would have to charge me. I will be complaing to Kia Corporate as well. More

Having bought the car at the dealer, we went to to get an estimate and the Service Manager told her the repair will cost $1200...when 9 months earlier the same dealer Lokey Kia in Countryside replaced the compressor and supposed to have 12 months warranty. They gave us the runaround stating that the air conditioner was not working for other reasons...after a while trying to find solutions and trying to understand why was the air conditioner not working...they decided to do a better price... $1100...feeling robbed, we took the car to another repair shop in Tampa...only to be surprised that the total repair cost only of $70.00...that's right!! I thought about calling the dealer back to complain but just the thought of the Service Manager saying I apologize or I am sorry didn't seem to be enough SO, public information and/or reviews online like this one will probably cost them some business and hopefully people will think twice before taking the car to them...they are a bunch of crooks that should be fired! More
Poor service Brought the car in for a 'free' oil change. He called Lokey Kia at 1:00 pm and they said they would have a truck tow the car to the dealership. Then my son looked again at the engine and noticed the oil filler cap was on the radiator mount, obviously they never replaced it after changing the oil. After waiting a couple hours he called Lokey again and was told to wait. The tow truck finally arrived at noon the next day !! Lokey service somehow changed their screw-up into HIS problem So the finally got the car and said 'It won't be ready till tomorrow' This is even though THEY KNEW it was their error, the service rep even mentioned how the tech was in trouble !! First time, I was transferred to his voice mail left a message , never heard back Second time , I was called by someone asking me how the oil change was , I told them the story and they said they would have the service manager call me Never heard back -- seems like their standard procedure What gets me I would bet if I brought the car in as a trade-in, they would probably say 'oh we cant give you the full amount, there was engine damage when it was run with no oil' More

Long story, I won't bore you with the details. Our mistake was going back a third time to buy a car for my daughter. She fell in love with her car, we didn't want to disappoint her. This was a used vehicle. The price was high, but that was ok, this is what she wanted. We paid cash for the vehicle, our car salesman said we needed to fill out a form, we did agreeing no credit check. We received paper work two weeks later a credit check was done. The salesman showed up at my house demanding a paper be signed by my daughter while I was not home. I had to race back to handle the situation. They did not put gas in the car which is normal for buying a used car from them. I barely made it to the gas station. I spoke with the manager, he gave me a $25 gift card, a $25 service coupon, and was told the salesman had been let go. My newest problem; my daughter had her free oil change done. They told her there was a nail in her tire, non repairable. We brought it to a friend of ours that does tires. No hole a head got stuck on a piece of tread. There wasn't even an entire nail, just a head no damage. Dishonest, please for your sake do not go there. Autoway is the place to be! More
I bought a car from Lokey Kia 3 years ago and it broke down just a few month after I bought it BRAND NEW with issues that should never happen with a brand new car. Now recently a piece came flying off the down just a few month after I bought it BRAND NEW with issues that should never happen with a brand new car. Now recently a piece came flying off the front of my car and they are unwilling to take ownership of a clearly faulty part (2 of their employees assured me it was a freak occurrence and it would be covered under warranty, one even admitted to it happening to him once with a brand new vehicle on the lot.) When I went back two days later to order the piece I was told it would not be covered and I would need to pay out of pocket since I no longer have the piece. This was never considered an issue during my first encounter. Their associates are uneducated and uninformed. I encourage everyone in the market to stay AS FAR AWAY FROM LOKEY KIA AS YOU CAN! There are plenty of other dealers that can help you that have integrity and value their customers (two things that Lokey lacks). I received terrible service from them two separate times 3 years apart. It would cost mere dollars for this large dealership to replace this piece and maintain their integrity but they are unwilling. However they sure did try to get me to trade mine in for a new car leaving them to replace the piece anyways. Unbelievably bad experience. More
I would never recommend this dealer to anyone. This dealership is a service nightmare. I don't really think anyone knows what the other is doing. They will tell you thats not what the service adviser said to you but they weren't even there. Sales was a long process... many hours for word/approval and was asked to sign before I knew the interest rate. Service dept, Ron is very nice and goes out of his way. This is the most dishonest dealership I have ever dealt with. They promise and then don't fulfill. Not people oriented or sympathetic to your problem. I was charged 8000.OO to put in a new engine or given the option of accepting 2400.00 on my van for a trade in. There was no way they were going even to try to honor the warranty. I did not have ALL of the receipts for my oil changes--only three--so they will not honor the warranty--- I owed 6000.00 on my van-now I owe 14,000 ---STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!! More
