Took 4 hours to do 2 minor repairs. The customer lounge has only a few places to sit. If you visit the restroom, you lose your seat. Waiting 4 hours to have a hose installed and a sensor disconnected is ridiculous! More

Excellent Service!! I own a 2014 Kia Sorento with 19,660 miles on it. It has been totally maintained and looks brand new! So even though I do not put a lot of miles on it I own a 2014 Kia Sorento with 19,660 miles on it. It has been totally maintained and looks brand new! So even though I do not put a lot of miles on it, I always take advantage of the free oil changes that Lokey Kia offers. When they had a recent recall, they contacted me to see if my vehicle was affected and found at that time it was not. But now while it was in for its oil change, they heard a knocking, that I did not hear, and completely replaced my engine!!! And included a 15 year unlimited miles warranty! I love a company that stands behind its product and service. The service center manager Derek Croucher was awesome! More

75K check up I went in for a 75K service, but since I bought the car out of state and wasn’t “under warranty” they wouldn’t service me basically. Which is stupid c I went in for a 75K service, but since I bought the car out of state and wasn’t “under warranty” they wouldn’t service me basically. Which is stupid considering I had moved here from out of state months ago, had brought my Kia here a couple of times already and hadn’t had a problem until now and my car has probably not been under warranty for a while. So I ended up with an oil change only, and if that’s all they’re willing to do without our even doing a basic 27 point check (which they offer for free as a service special) then I’ll just go someone else next time for a lot cheaper. I wasn’t told if anything needed to be repaired to replaced which is something I’ve expected the 5 years I’ve had the car but after this time I probably will just go somewhere else. I also kept getting passed off to different team memebers just to check in/check out. Which is rude and annoying. More
