Stellar Customer Service. I came in to get an oil change. Dave Woodman was great-took good care of me! Having the car washed was a bonus! No solution Found Brought in my Kia Sorento due to no AC. On the first visit they found a hole and repaired it. The next day the AC/Freeon was all gone again and I we Brought in my Kia Sorento due to no AC. On the first visit they found a hole and repaired it. The next day the AC/Freeon was all gone again and I went back. This time they looked and couldn't find the problem and offered no solution other than to recharge the system again with Freeon. Yet again, the next day no more AC. They haven't found the second hold or offered any solution as to finding it. More

But my car was serviced promptly and Derek, my service person, was gracious and considerate in providing me feedback. He paid personal attention to my concerns and queries. I sought an extra service and he courteously escorted me to the parts department and introduced me to a person there to take care of my needs. I felt very much cared for as a KIA car owner and client. I would have recommended that staff smile when initially greeting customers to disarm any undue concerns the customer may have, but your care, service and product quality speak volumes and more than made up for any lack of initial smiling.. More
