Fraud Came to get serviced due to a noise j fee my hood. Also needed a new key and an oil change. Was told a new key was $420. Was told no. While waiting for the car to be serviced, we were approached by a salesman. The most pushy and rude person I’ve come across. I decided to listen to what he had to say. Ended up talking about a new car. Was told that they wouldn’t put me in a used car. I couldn’t even see any. Was talked into test driving the forte. Hated it. When we got back service manager Derrick came and told me my engine had a knock in it. Couldn’t tell me what was causing it. Or where the knock was coming from. I knew the noise was from my serpentine belt. Not a knock. But I listened. Was told o needed a new car or new engine. Cost would be up to $7,000. Then Jason the salesman handed me a piece of paper and told me to sign. I asked for what, he said for my new car. We never agreed to buying the car. Never talked about how mush the exact price was, interest rate, or an exact monthly payment. I said I needed to step away and make a few calls. They were upset but agreed. Then Derrick approached me with the costs of all the “repairs” told me I should just get a new car. Mine might explode down us 19 as soon as I leave. So I was upset. Called my mechanic and for an appointment for a second opinion. salesman approached me again started getting angry that I wasn’t going to sign in my car. Offered a loaner car. We said no not interested. Went to the service department to get my car and it was still on the hoist. We told them we don’t need pricing this exact moment. We wanted to leave with our car. We had both salesman and service guy down our throats pressuring us into taking a loaner car. Finally convinced Derrick to get our car. Against his best judgement he did. After 2.5 hours of waiting, my car was not serviced. They only checked the noise and left it on the hoist. We left. Went to see my mechanic who did a full service. Checked every inch. And it ended up being a worn serpentine belt. We replaced all three belts. We asked about a knock in the engine. Was told there was absolutely no knock. We paid in total $225 for all repairs and an oil change. HVe all documentation from my mechanic and Kia. Contradicts. We were also hounded relentlessly for three days from salesman and service department. I’ve called six times in a week trying to get ahold of Derrick for “prices for repairs” no call or messages back. No email like I requested. Very disappointed. I’ll nwver be back. May never buy Kia again. Jason was ridiculously relentless. Very pushy. Very very disappointed More

Not satisfied with service I went to the service department do to my engine light being on they kept my car for eight hours every time they went to check the light would go I went to the service department do to my engine light being on they kept my car for eight hours every time they went to check the light would go off so they said they could not see what was wrong with it because the light was not on. No sooner did I leave the light went back on stated on for two days and then went off again . If the service department can’t figure out what is going on who can I don’t have all day to waste . More

I agree to have it put on. I was there about 2 hours even with an appointment. While there I found out they no longer have any women salesperson. As I was looking for Amber who sold me my car. More
