I purchased a brand new vehicle in Sept. and there is already a recall on it. The last few times I called I have had to call back at least 3 times because I keep getting hung up on. The last call went through and I waited for 45 minutes and no one ever answered the phone. I have also texted my salesperson and never received a response. I am very disappointed with tge poor customer service response. More
I came in to see the scratch & dent guy & had an appointment which the sales guy knew nothing about. Then I waited over 2 hours to be told by the detailer he was only instructed to work on the passe appointment which the sales guy knew nothing about. Then I waited over 2 hours to be told by the detailer he was only instructed to work on the passenger side when I came in for a small dent on drivers side. Wolf never told him to look at that & I was only told by him it would cost a lot to replace a panel but he never even took it to the body shop when I was expecting an estimate. So all they did was rub out some small scratches on passenger side & never even addressed the reason I came in not good!!!! More
