I purchased a brand new vehicle in Sept. and there is already a recall on it. The last few times I called I have had to call back at least 3 times because I keep getting hung up on. I came in to see the scratch & dent guy & had an appointment which the sales guy knew nothing about. Then I waited over 2 hours to be told by the detailer he was only instructed to work on the passe appointment which the sales guy knew nothing about. Then I waited over 2 hours to be told by the detailer he was only instructed to work on the passenger side when I came in for a small dent on drivers side. Wolf never told him to look at that & I was only told by him it would cost a lot to replace a panel but he never even took it to the body shop when I was expecting an estimate. So all they did was rub out some small scratches on passenger side & never even addressed the reason I came in not good!!!! More

My first appt for recall had to be rescheduled because you were not prepared to perform service (my part was not ordered for the appt).
