Oil change mileage countdown wasn't reset, still shows negative miles from when oil change was to have been done. After throttle body cleaning mileage went down about 2mpg. I would have thought I'd have negative miles from when oil change was to have been done. After throttle body cleaning mileage went down about 2mpg. I would have thought I'd have at minimum no change in mileage. After last service car was washed. Nothing was done this time. More

Lokey Kia has been exceptional during the ~10 years I had my Optima. They were also able to get me out of a recent horrible deal with Lokey VW. Not all Lokey dealerships are the same so buyer beware. I waited to long for this service not to get a follow up from service tech. I has to check on my car after 3 hours. I was told it was going to take " some time".
