I bought my set of tires here in 2021, with road hazard coverage, but when I needed a new tire because of a road hazard I was told it only covered 12000 miles or 12 months. Every other set of tires I have coverage, but when I needed a new tire because of a road hazard I was told it only covered 12000 miles or 12 months. Every other set of tires I have bought other places judged the road hazard by tread depth, and my tires only had about 3800 mikes on them. This will be my last tire purchase at Lokey Kia. More

Thankful for the shuttle service, however the service staff ignores you when you come in and did not communicate with me well. Lack of communication from the Service Department advising customers of how long their car will be at dealership for repairs & offering up alternative transportation.
