My experience with the last visit at Lokey Kia was less than ideal. I had to leave my car there for two weeks to replace my air conditioning evaporator unit. While I was there, I asked that my tires rotate than ideal. I had to leave my car there for two weeks to replace my air conditioning evaporator unit. While I was there, I asked that my tires rotated and Moyle was changed. On the day of picking up my vehicle, I asked if my services were completed and they said no the oil was not changed. so now I have to drive all the way back up to Logan Kia from Seminole to get my oil change done. That is almost an hours drive for me. More

I brought my car for diagnostics. The technician replaced the drive belt just because it is recommended without realizing that it was new because I had already changed it. In the end, I was charged for a service I didn't need that had nothing to do with the original problem which wasn't resolved and I am still waiting for a refund for the part, not the labor. More
I have been a customer for over 20 years and this was the worst experience ever. I brought my car in for a routine oil change Friday. None of the service advisors really showed that they cared. Typically the service advisor will check in with the customers waiting in the lobby, but I only received a text. After 30 min still no one came to explain what the charges were. So I had to go find out what was going on with my car. I only approved for two filters to be replaced. When they returned my car, it had not been washed so I had to return it. I was also charged for an ethanol control kit installation that I did not approve of nor did I approve of the antitheft update. But the thing that I am most unhappy about is now the buttons on my steering wheel don't work. They were working perfect when I dropped it off but when I picked up my car they weren’t working. The other advisor took it back to look at it and then said I would have to pay $500 to fix it. I know my car and if something breaks. I know for a fact every button was working fine when I dropped it off because that’s the only way I change the radio. Now I’m at a loss as to what to do to get my car working like it was before I brought it in and refunded the money for the service I didn’t approve. More
The ONLY disappointment I had was the shop didn't have the parts for my car that they suggested I have replaced, and I had to wait one day longer for the return of my vehicle.
