I always have a very good experience with Lokey Kia. They provided me with transportation to my home and sent me a shuttle when my car was ready for pickiup. My car reported hybrid issues, they couldn't find any, a week later my car broke down reporting hybrid issue errors again this time with the check engine light on. I brought it back and they took a week to week later my car broke down reporting hybrid issue errors again this time with the check engine light on. I brought it back and they took a week to see it and determine it was 4quarts low on oil, charged me for the oil change without asking totaling $270 with no mention of how it could be so low on oil in the first place with no oil light to be heard of. On top of all that I was never able to get in contact with anyone in charge no matter how many times they said, "We'll let our manager know so he can contact you." Overall bad experience and will probably not be buying a Kia due to the only Kia dealership in the area xxxxxxx. No employee was particularly rude, just seemed poorly run and uncaring. More

Went in for an oil change and was recommended a new air filter and cabin air filter to which I have a K&N for my engine and purchased a new STP filter on the way to my appointment. Shows that the mechanic didn’t check my vehicle and made an assumption based on the mileage which is unsatisfactory. The service dept personnel Dan Murphy went back and told the mechanic you can’t do that and explained that he should check under the hood instead of offering services that are not needed. More
