I always have a very good experience with Lokey Kia. They provided me with transportation to my home and sent me a shuttle when my car was ready for pickiup. My car reported hybrid issues, they couldn't find any, a week later my car broke down reporting hybrid issue errors again this time with the check engine light on. I brought it back and they took a week to week later my car broke down reporting hybrid issue errors again this time with the check engine light on. I brought it back and they took a week to see it and determine it was 4quarts low on oil, charged me for the oil change without asking totaling $270 with no mention of how it could be so low on oil in the first place with no oil light to be heard of. On top of all that I was never able to get in contact with anyone in charge no matter how many times they said, "We'll let our manager know so he can contact you." Overall bad experience and will probably not be buying a Kia due to the only Kia dealership in the area xxxxxxx. No employee was particularly rude, just seemed poorly run and uncaring. More
