I think the overall experience was good EXCEPT . ....these guys are way way over worked...the last two times I went for service the wait time was 4-5 hours. I had an appt for 2:45 pm....I arrived clo ....these guys are way way over worked...the last two times I went for service the wait time was 4-5 hours. I had an appt for 2:45 pm....I arrived closer to 2pm thinking maybe I could get in and out faster...WRONG!!!! I was greeted by the service manager who said my car would be ready at 6:45pm....he did however offer the shuttle service to my house and back. Turns out the shuttle guys DO expect a tip.....so the shuttle service is really NOT a free service. More

Brought my car in for check engine light and a factory recall. After having my car for the entire day, they didn't bother to do complimentary wash, provide me with paperwork that recall was completed and recall. Service is good but text authorizations for additional work is SLOW 🐌! It took me less time to walk up to service rep than to wait for text from Lokey service to download . I always talk with Dave W when I need to get car serviced. He has always gotten me in and taken care of any issues. Had to have the blower motor replaced for the air conditioner, a little on the exp serviced. He has always gotten me in and taken care of any issues. Had to have the blower motor replaced for the air conditioner, a little on the expensive side ($393.65) but want to keep my 2011 Optima in great condition. More
