Bought CPO told there was a full size spare wasn't one paid $500after sale to get kit ....fog light inoperable was told I needed a new one. Next visit other one wasn't working ... another trusted mechanic paid $500after sale to get kit ....fog light inoperable was told I needed a new one. Next visit other one wasn't working ... another trusted mechanic found that both had been unplugged... took over 6 weeks to have my new short block fixed on the engine recall... last visit was the oil change and they were courteous and accommodating but I don't have full trust in all recommendations More

The service area is very congested and difficult to maneuver. The people were friendly but very rushed & did not ask any questions about the vehicle. They didn't retirn the guage settings to where I ha maneuver. The people were friendly but very rushed & did not ask any questions about the vehicle.
