Sales was a long process... many hours for word/approval and was asked to sign before I knew the interest rate. Service dept, Ron is very nice and goes out of his way. This is the most dishonest dealership I have ever dealt with. They promise and then don't fulfill. Not people oriented or sympathetic to your problem. Do not honor or attempt to honor the KIA Warranty-- with. They promise and then don't fulfill. Not people oriented or sympathetic to your problem. Do not honor or attempt to honor the KIA Warranty--Out for all the money they can make. I had a van with 20000 miles on it and the engine blew. I was charged 8000.OO to put in a new engine or given the option of accepting 2400.00 on my van for a trade in. There was no way they were going even to try to honor the warranty. I did not have ALL of the receipts for my oil changes--only three--so they will not honor the warranty--- I owed 6000.00 on my van-now I owe 14,000 ---STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!! More
