I understand your frustration with the price increase, but the vehicle you picked out with the power windows and locks cost more. This would be the difference in the price that we asked you to pay. We have a saying " We Do The DEAL" I would think that we would do this deal too.. but it has to make sense. I don't know how many times someone comes in thinking car dealers have %60 mark ups. We don't.. So the only reason we didn't do this deal was it didn't make sense. We need to sell EVERY VEHICLE..But would you buy a bunch of apples for 1 dollar each and sell them for 60 cents each? I don't think so. I'm sorry you spent 2 1/2 hours trying to purchase a vehicle. It really doesn't have to be that difficult. Please also check out the review on Yahoo and Google.
