I just purchased a 2013 Sorento EX at Lokey KIA and it was possibly the best car buying experience I've ever had. My sales associate Dominic Carter was very friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicles h was possibly the best car buying experience I've ever had. He doesn't try to pump you full of "BS" and is honest and straight forward in answering your questions. When visiting Lokey KIA ask for Dominic. He will make your KIA experience a good experience. The Lokey KIA "FREE LIFETIME WARRANTY" which is good everywhere in the U.S. and Canada can not be matched anywhere. Also lokey gives you free lifetime oil changes. The entire Lokey staff was AWESOME!!! My only complaint would be that the service dept. takes way to long for an oil change. When u have an appointment, I feel u should b in and out in under 30 minutes not would be that the service dept. takes way to long for an oil change. My husband and I purchased an Optima on Saturday, July 14th. We were greeted and helped by a very courteous and friendly young man, Quinton Cheatham. He went out of his way to help us, several test dr 14th. We were greeted and helped by a very courteous and friendly young man, Quinton Cheatham. He went out of his way to help us, several test drives and many, many questions which he was able to answer to our satisfaction. He also gave us a tour of the facility including the service department. He offered us water (many times), it was miserably hot that day. Quinton then turned us over to the "finance guy", Raja Assaf, another extremely well informed and friendly team member. By this time I was exhausted and Raja had much to review and explain to us, he was very thorough and patient. During all this time, Quinton waited for us and then gave us a tutorial on how the car works, he did a great job! Glenn and I had a great experience at your dealership and would definitely recommend you to our friends. I purchased a 2012 kia Rio 3/3/12 from this dealership where I had purchased 2 other Kias in past years.This purchase ended me from buying Kia's in the future.The day AFTER I purchased this car,i took it where I had purchased 2 other Kias in past years.This purchase ended me from buying Kia's in the future.The day AFTER I purchased this car,i took it back and asked for a car with power window & locks as i found after driving a distance this would not work for me.I was informed that this is now a USED car(with 20miles on it) and in order to get into the bnext car I would need ADDITIONAL MONIES!!/I paid 15500.00 for this Rio which I found was WELL OVER priced.I was basically told the car DI NOT have agood trade in price>I couldnt beleive this.1 day and only 20 miles.If i wanted to get into a car next level I would have to come up with additonal 3-4 thousand $..I NEVER thougght I would be taken like this by Lokey kia..I will NEVER be a KIA owner again.I have recently traded this crap in for a HONDA and happy with the Honda purchase.Although i liked the Kias,this experience witthis mgmnt has put a BAD taste in my mouth especially when you buy a new care and are told when you want to return that the car is OVERPRICED and you are in the HOLE!!! All I heard from the manager was WEHELP YOU UNLESS YOU COME UP WITH 3-4 thousand more dollars ..I will never recommend this dealer to anyone again after being taken like this More
This dealership is awful! I had already heard bad reviews from friends about this dealership but still thought I'd try it out for convenience reasons. Upon my first visit I was approached by a "new" saleswo from friends about this dealership but still thought I'd try it out for convenience reasons. Upon my first visit I was approached by a "new" saleswoman who knew nothing about any of the Kia models. I left highly disappointed but decided to try again by contacting Sales Mgr., Jason Polk directly. He handed me off to another salesman because he couldn't be bothered. Long story short, they didn't have the vehicle I wanted in stock and guaranteed they could get it from another dealer with 24 hours. 2 1/2 weeks later with very little contact from the dealership, I always had to contact them for updates, Jason lied to me that he could get the car I wanted w/push start. After wasting 2 hours filling out paperwork, come to find out the car didn't have push start, this is even after I had specifically questioned him about it beforehand. Thank goodness my "2nd" salesman checked on that before doing a dealer trade. After compromising on no push start a couple days later they said they could not longer get that vehicle. So another week went by and they were "able" to get my second choice color, this again after I had to hassle them for updates. After wasting another 2 hours filling out paperwork to buy this second car (same MSRP as the first) they raised the price over $500. Again I walked out. Needless to say, they lie and don't care for your business. Jason actually told me directly that he didn't "want" my business, he "needed" it. Who says that to a customer? You should "want" my business because you "need" it. I went to another dealership in Brandon, Courtesy Kia, I received great customer service, they located the original vehicle that I wanted, the same vehicle Lokey told me was "sold" and they could get for me from another dealership, and they had the vehicle for me within 2 days at the price I wanted. I would never recommend LOKEY KIA to anyone! More

Ask why would I or my friends drive over 2 hours one way to buy a car from this dealer? Because when I made contact via e-mail it did not take much effort to settle on a price. When we got there nothing changed, no efforts to bump price, no pressure of any kind! Our sales person, Matt and the Sales manager, Jason treated us with respect and it ws almost effortless. We arrived last month (Dec.) to buy a Soul for a friend of mine, this after contact at least 4 dealers in the Melbourne/Orlando area we we received only very poor responses and out right lies. Matt, had the car ready and the price was as promised, in fact he even bought a "Hamster" for my friend. I was interested in an Optima but only in passing. In the time we had, I looked at the exact Optima I was intrested in. Within 15 minutes Jason gave me a deal, as they say, I could not refuse. So when another friend of mine expressed intrest in my Optima, we did our home work with local dealers but the result was the same. Called Matt and it took a few e-mails to get the same great deal. 3 cars in less the 30 days, you bet I and my friends were satisified! Matt made every effort to ensure that my friends were very confortable with the operation of each car. And Jason used an expression I have held all my years, "Do the right thing" To bad we are not close enough to take advantage of the free 1 yr. maintainance. Think this is to good to be true, call me! Lokey puts on the hard sell, but it delivers. I have to admit I did not like the initial tactics to get me to sit down and make a deal, but when I finally came to the table, I got a great car and a great d admit I did not like the initial tactics to get me to sit down and make a deal, but when I finally came to the table, I got a great car and a great deal. Jason is the sales manager and he did a good job making sure I was happy before I left. Dominic was the second salesman I worked with and I HIGHLY recommend him because he knows his cars and know how to sell without being pushy. I will buy from him again, but not for a long time because this car is supposed to last me a very, very long time. Overall, I like Lokey a lot. More
