Fantastic Only my 2nd oil change since I bought the car here. The first change was terrible in that they did not have the recalled part my car needed, and the 3 Only my 2nd oil change since I bought the car here. The first change was terrible in that they did not have the recalled part my car needed, and the 30 minutes the guy told us it would take, actually took about 4 hours. This time was the complete opposite! The guy was super nice, and told us it would take between an hour and an hour and a half, so we walked down to BK for dinner and my car was ready within 5 minutes of me returning to the dealership. Recalled part changed and oil changed and everything checked within an hour. Just like the guy said! 😁 More

I bought another Optima, this time the 2018. I’ve loved every car from lowkey kia, as well as the prices, and dealings with this company. Staff is friendly and willing to work to your needs.
