Fast and Fair Deal on a Great Car I already knew what I wanted when I went to Lokey Kia. I was looking for an Optima EX with beige or gray leather. (NO BLACK LEATHER IN FLORIDA) I h I already knew what I wanted when I went to Lokey Kia. I was looking for an Optima EX with beige or gray leather. (NO BLACK LEATHER IN FLORIDA) I had a 2013 Optima EX with only 41,000 miles. It was an excellent car. The electronics in it were amazing for 2013. But the electronic features in the 2018 are much better. The 2018 drives more like a much larger car. It appears to me that the 2013 drove more like a littler, sportier car. The 2018 drives more like a larger luxury car. The android auto, blind spot warning, rear view camera, and height adjustment for the passenger seat were great improvements. Lokey Kia had a Blue one with Gray leather. I love the color. It is so much better than all of the bland earth tone colors on most cars today. We were able to negotiate a fair deal in just a few minutes. There was no need to dicker back and forth for hours as I have done in the past when buying a vehicle. I waited a little while to see the finance manager, wrote a check, signed the papers and drove away in my new ride. It was a very easy, stress free, and fair deal. I would send a friend there to buy their next car. There are 2 things to be aware of when buying a new Kia. It does not come with a spare tire. Just buy a real wheel and tire along with a jack. For a couple hundred extra dollars you will have a great car that should last a long time. The other item is if you license your Optima in a state that requires a front plate there is not a bracket on the car. You will need to drill into the front bumper. Ouch! In summary, I had great service from my 2013 Optima and I expect to get just as good of an experience with the greatly updated 2018 Optima! . More

This is the second time that during a regular oil change and tire rotation an extra item is done with no proper follow up and now I need to stop by your place to review how you could fix that. Fidelity Platinum Service Plan While I have a long service history with Lokey Kia, the "substitute" service manager informed me that my service was almost up (5 years/60,000 miles). I checked my paperwork and my plan is 6 years/75,000 miles Having bought the Platinum plan when I purchased my car from Lokey. Pushy service guy should be salesman I simply went in for an oil change. The guy persisted on trying to sell me 4 new tires IN CASE I needed them. Unfortunately my door handle fell off I had to go to Kia and what happens the service guy puts a dent in my car backing out. But we won’t go back to when I first leased my car and Kia had my car for almost 2 mth brand new. The lack of competence then. Still waiting for manager to call from my service Tuesday that I left a msg. I won’t hold my breathe! I've purchased 2 vehicles from Lokey Kia thus far (one from a salesman that was with Lokey before Mike came on board and one from Mike himself) and I'm preparing to purchase a 3rd. I've always had consistent communication between Mike and myself and have referred a few close friends and family to him so they can experience the same top-notch service I have, and I'll continue to do so for as long as I remain in this state (who am I kidding - I'll drive back so Mike can take care of me - he's just that good!!) Although Mike is a fantastic salesman, his shining quality is his personality. I've never met someone so simultaneously genuine and honest but also so jovial and fun. Mike also helped my father get into a vehicle when he needed one badly, so I am eternally grateful to him for that as well. In short, if you want to deal with an honest, no-BS, down-to-earth, and all-around great man, get with Mike.
