2 hour wait even with appointment After getting a call letting me know it was time for service visit. I scheduled an appointment to have the service done. I was there at least 15 minutes early and they weren't open yet which is okay. They promptly took my keys and let me into the area to wait. They let me know that I needed some new blades. I agree to have it put on. I was there about 2 hours even with an appointment. While there I found out they no longer have any women salesperson. As I was looking for Amber who sold me my car. More

They made me a KIA fan Until I came here I thought I would never be interested in purchasing a KIA. After a bad accident totalling my chevy, I was forced to buy a new car. I wasn't pleased at the condition and warranty so in a last ditch effort I can to Lokey and met Jason and Tim. They took such good care of me. Besides, how many places do you buy a car and they have it detailed and gassed up before you drive away? Oh, and how can you NOT want free oil changes for the life of the car? More

Drove 4hrs, not disappointed! We drove 4hrs from Ft. Lauderdale to get the 2019 Sorento color we wanted. We got so much more!! We completed the deal by phone with Jeff Sley and Lan We drove 4hrs from Ft. Lauderdale to get the 2019 Sorento color we wanted. We got so much more!! We completed the deal by phone with Jeff Sley and Lance Parrot in 1.5 hrs. We had previously spent more thant 3 grueuling hrs at local Kia dealers without any results. When we arrived they were prepared for us and everything went smootly. Jeff and Lance were able to get the car we wanted and at the best price. They overcame any obstacles. It seemed that 'no' was not in their vocabulary. I always do my homework and knew exactly what technical improvements had been made in the 2019 Sorento from the previous year. Jeff knew all about the car we wanted whereas other salespersons could not answer my questions. We must also mention Samir Plano who put through the financing. He was understanting, clear, and made recommendations that saved us money. This is our 4th Sorento. We drove 4hrs for a color. Next time we'll drive 4 hrs to Jeff Sley and the Lokey team. More
