Never had this kind of experience at a car dealer, and we walked out of several others before arriving at Lokey. No hurry if you are actually helped When I arrived there were at least seven employees standing around doing nothing but talking to each other. Once I checked in for my 1/2 hour appointm When I arrived there were at least seven employees standing around doing nothing but talking to each other. Once I checked in for my 1/2 hour appointment, I got to wait over 1 1/2 hours for the WAY OVERPRICED spare fob and duplicate key (not connected to Fob) to be paired with my vehicle. I pre-paid slmost $300 for these cheap pieces of plastic and alloy and wasn't told at the time of the sale that there are additional "programming" cost of $60+ over original price of the spare fob and key. I was never told in advance by the maintenance guys on the day I brought it in to be programmed that there was a service fee for the work! I was under the impression that you cannot work on a man's vehicle without first telling the owner that there is a an additional charge for the programming. I feel cheated and frustrated. Would like to feel like an important part of the Kia family. I am asking for a refund on the service I received today and, you are really customer friendly, you might even consider lowering the price for the fob and addition key; please and thank you More

This time, Jason Gold did a great job in the sales process of talking about the features and benefits of the 2018 Niro that we ultimately leased. He was very professional, prompt and worked to find the exact color car (with air ventilated seats!!) we were looking for. And on top of that, he delivered it the next day! Also, my finance went smoothly and Rob Nelligan did a great job of working on my behalf by getting me the best deal available. All in all, very good experience all the way around. Thanks AGK More

I found a new service provider Usually I go to my dealership in Pasco County for service but my tire had a hole and it was more convenient to have it towed to Lokey.
