Not acceptable It took an hour and a half for an oil change. I noticed my car sitting outside for 20 minutes and no one came to tell me my car was finished. I finall It took an hour and a half for an oil change. I noticed my car sitting outside for 20 minutes and no one came to tell me my car was finished. I finally went and asked another advisor if they could check me out. They didn’t go over my inspection with me. A bunch of things were marked in need of urgent repair. When I went back and questioned them about this they told me that it I did not need anything and the man servicing my car doesn’t normally work for Kia. I go to get an oil change at the dealer so that I know my car is being inspected by Kia, I could get a 5 minutes oil change anywhere but I rely on the dealer to know my car best. I am not pleased with the way my car has been handled and I will be looking for somewhere new to go in the future. More
