Mark Brown did an excellent selling job. He let us test drive a 2025 Sportage and explained its features very well. We sold our 2017 Ford Fusion to Lokey Kia as part of our leasing process. When I bought my Titan I LOVED Lokey. When I went to Lokey Kia to look at SUVs they tried to take advantage of me. Overpriced vehicles and under bid my trade in. $4000. Bought a car that was infested with roaches, windshield had a lot of cracks. This car was force on me.At was around 7 pm that night, rainy and dark, could not get a good look at what l was buying, didn't g had a lot of cracks. This car was force on me.At was around 7 pm that night, rainy and dark, could not get a good look at what l was buying, didn't get to test drive.The sales person said he had already test drive it.After calling for many days after l realized the day after l brought the car that there are roaches running all over in the car and about three cracks on the windshield,they decided to have me bring the car in and take care of the problem which they did not fixed the crack on the windshield and there was still roaches in the car.I am totally disappointed with my purchase.
