As far as Loganville Ford's response, It would appear that the service director should be in contact with me! Not the other way around. Update. Within 500 miles of this service "change oil now" warning came on again. Obviously the computer was not reset..... again. As a consumer, you decide.

Update: the truck had faulty wiring on the injector for number 5 cylinder which was reason for misfire. It also had a manufacturer default on the rocker arm and lifter on number 2 cylinder which was causing an engine rattle/knock. This could cause more skipping and possible motor failure if not repaired. I guess they were thinking that I would bring it back to them for repair. Not hardly.
