We had from Loganville Ford. We found the best deal on the year and model with the package we wanted then we could find anywhere else in the country. We had never purchased a vehicle via internet and especially out of state, let alone on the other side of the country. We reached a very good deal, flew into Atlanta and they picked us up at the airport, took us to the dealership, are vehicle was waiting, we completed the necessary paperwork and was on our way in just a couple hours. After we drove home we did have a couple questions and they were answered by texting and a phone call. This was one of the least painful car buying experiences that we have ever had. More

I took my truck in last week for the “Works Package” and boy, did they try to give me the works. My check engine light had come on the day before and I asked them to check it out. Imagine my shock when they told me that it would cost $100 for a “diagnostic fee”. The truck is already in their garage, it’s a matter of plugging a cord into a connection on my dash, a 2-3 minute procedure. The entire purpose of the code reader is to make it easy for a technician to isolate the problem and make the repair. Now it appears that Loganville Ford has found a new way to milk an easy $100 out of their existing customers. Making an exorbitant profit off parts and labor isn’t enough. When it’s time to purchase a new vehicle or get service on one of my current vehicles, I won’t be coming back to Loganville Ford. More
