Nothing but issue after issue with with service dept for this truck. Had brake trouble since new, truck only has 13k. Got a call saying truck was ready, I asked about detail, guy said ( what detail ) 😡 said he didn't know about it,but would get it done. So I pick the truck up ...carpets dirty, some kinda film on my windshield glass, like they wiped it with a dirty cloth. Dusty dashboard & rear seats, white over spray if some kind on the driver dash& arm rest. And a brand new box of tea bags in the back seat was opened and missing 2 bags. Now Im getting notification on dash says oils low...less than couple thousand mile since last change...let me check the oil change sticker......( No sticker ) let me check onboard diagnostics...says 45% life left....I check dipstick....( ITS BONE DRY ). HOW DO YOU PAY FOR OIL CHANGE FOR LIFE.....AND FORGET TO PUT THE D*@M OIL IN THE TRUCK????? 1)No oil on the ground ? 2)I hardly drive this truck ? 3) no next oil change sticker on windshield ???? ANSWER...THEY DIDN'T PUT OIL BACK IN AFTER THEY DRAINED IT.....Between my wife and I we own a 2013 25hd ltz, a 2017 mazda cx5 a 2021 Tahoe hi country & a 2021 2500 hd lt.... I purchased a certified pre-owned Cadillac in January. I had a problem with the cue infotainment Center. Dealt with Maria the service advisor she is awesome. Got my car in very quickly and the service techn had a problem with the cue infotainment Center. Dealt with Maria the service advisor she is awesome. It should not take 2.5 hrs for an oil change and I had more unpleasant experiences there than positive. The Multi point inspection they offer seems to be just a fill out the paper. Many items were overlooked with my vehicle when I brought it in and more than once I had to have it looked at by another mechanic for items overlooked by the Blasius service department. My last few visits before I stopped going the service department seemed to have some new faces, so maybe those unfriendlies are gone? John Monell was able too get me the best trade offer for my vehicle out of many other dealerships. He worked hard to meet my high expectations that several other dealerships told me were unrealistic. Had A terrible time trying to get a loaner for. Recall on my 2017 bolt was not given. Stay away from this dealership !!!!! I recently had tires put on my vehicle at this dealership and I had an experience that was basically a nightmare. After scheduling a 8:00 am appointme I recently had tires put on my vehicle at this dealership and I had an experience that was basically a nightmare. After scheduling a 8:00 am appointment I found myself sitting around till 10:30 til they actually started working on my vehicle. Then after asking about the progress of my installation I was treated to disrespectful comments such as “it will be ready when it’s ready”. I purposely made an early appoint because I had plans for later that afternoon. I was assured it would only be a couple of hours. Why do you make an appointment for 8 and then not get to it till 10:30? It’s that cocky f u attitude that gives dealerships a bad name. I spent a lot of money there and was treated with great disrespect. Then to top it off, I just got thru trying to put new brakes on my vehicle only to find out they stripped 6 lug nuts on my tires by cross threading them!!! I had to replace them and the lugs nuts at a cost to me. This outrageous incompetence in addition to the disrespectful behavior of the service staff is why I say “STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP”. Never even scheduled Called on a Saturday to inquire about a flat tire fix, was told to bring it in and that it should be a quick fix since it was not on rim of tire. Drove 45 mins to bring my car, waited an hour, was told that while it was not on the rim it would still require a new tire. Fine. Was told they don't carry that tire and would call me on Monday when they should have it. I called them Wednesday for an update since I got no call and it appears it wasn't even ordered! They "reordered" it and told me they would call me tmrw. Got the call, tire is in, wanted to set up appt for Monday but I work so was asked to come in Saturday 12pm, sounds good. I get there Saturday 11:30, sir your not on my schedule today. COME ON GUYS. I explained that I was told to come in today at 12pm but was looked at like I was lying. Reluctantly he said he'll "see what he could do". Guy was rude, no sympathy to my situation. After an hour and 45 mins of waiting. "Car is all set, comes to 49.99 lady here will ring you up" Guy walks away, the lady says it's 79.99. Really guys.. you can do better. Awkward 15 sec silence when I told her the fella said 49.99. Great now I'm lying again huh. She changed it to the price but man, what a bad overall experience. I pray next visit is better. Stay away if you have other options... More
