Even though I paid for oil change for life. I was told by the service dept yesterday that the advisor told her I have 2 options....1) I can pay to put oil in and bring it to dealer, or 2) I can pay to have it towed in....don't seem fair to me . I paid for the truck, I paid for the warranty, I paid for the oil change for life , and now I gotta pay again just to drop truck off for service and be without a vehicle again......I really don't understand why I keep having issues with service for this truck. Again.... Overall I feel like lowman's is one of the best dealerships in the area,and that's why I'm really frustrated & disappointed at the service I've received for my 2021 Silverado HD. I love this truck, but & up until the purchase of it, I had nothing but good experience with lowman's. But at this point I'm seriously considering trading in & I haven't even gotten to enjoy the truck yet. Barely 13k....😢😡🤔
