Martin Loeber immigrated to Illinois from Germany back in the 1920s. This was that land of opportunity, and he simply wanted to earn enough money to buy a farm back home in Germany. He started by selling Chevys in 1928, and quickly set his sights higher. He fell in love with the automotive industry, and just a few years later in 1936, he opened his first dealership in Downtown Chicago.
After 80 years, and two generations, Loeber Motors is still going strong, and we are proud to own this Mercedes-Benz, Sprinter, and Smart car dealership right here in Chicago.
With our 80,000 square-foot facility, we have set ourselves up to serve all of your Mercedes-Benz, Sprinter, and Smart needs. In fact, we offer one of the largest combined Mercedes-Benz, Smart, and Sprinter retail and service facilities in the Midwest.

Thank you I bought a CLA last week at this place, and I was helped by Ahmad Bachan. I am on my early 20s, so I never thought that I could buy a car alone withou I bought a CLA last week at this place, and I was helped by Ahmad Bachan. I am on my early 20s, so I never thought that I could buy a car alone without my brothers coming with me! But this time I didn't need anyone, and I noticed that the first I met Ahmad. He represented me, worked with me and helped me get exactly what I needed, and that I could afford. He was more than a salesperson; I felt like he took it very personal, so for me I didn't need my big brother because I had a brother at Loeber already! Thank you again for your help Ahmad.
