Great Experience. Helpful, fast, great price I had sent out a request to a number dealers to quote a new GLC300. Frank responded back quickly with a very competitive price, along with information on finding the best match to the options I wanted. He also mentioned options to order exactly what I wanted, but the timing to do that didn’t work for me. I had been in contact with a number of other dealers, but Frank and Ryan were the most reaponsive, very knowledgeable, and they clearly wanted to win my business. Loeber arranged the transport of the car from another dealer in the region, and we set the time to close the deal. When we got there, Frank showed us the car, which was immaculate and fully ready to go. We closed the deal with another guy who was super fast. He did try to sell the typical items, such as extended warranty, service contract, etc., but with no pressure. I typically dread that part of buying a car, but it was as smooth and painless as possible. After we got the paperwork done, Frank took the time to walk us through all of the cars features and controls. I had never really needed this type of help, but it was awesome in the GLC300, because there are so many things to control. In the end, this was a great experience, with a team that went out of their way to make us happy. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a Mercedes! More
