My wife and are looking to purchase a new Toyota, we went through the Auto buying program offered by Costco and were reffered to Geweke Toyota. Your previous correspondence has been with my wife, however I am replying to you on her behalf as she is so appalled by your lack of service that she does not wish to have any further communication with your dealership, I, on the other hand, feel you should be made aware of the specific reasons for our disappointment in your service. We submitted a request for quote, through the Costco site, on a Tacoma double cab w/longbed, that request was answered quite promptly, however the Costco site did not allow us to select our preference of a 4x4 model, hence the quote you supplied was for a 4x2. We replied to your initial quote requesting a quote on a 4x4, this request was never responded to, several more replies also received no response. Finally on, I believe, the fifth request we received a response in which you claimed to not understand what we were asking, needless to say our reply to that response in which we attempted to clear up your misunderstanding was also never responded to. In addition your original message with the quote for the 4x2 model indicated that someone would be calling to follow up as well, the only call we ever received was a voice message left at 6pm on a Sunday evening indicating that there was a sale going on that weekend, gee thanks for letting us know that on Sunday evening! I have been the proud owner of several Toyota vehicles and up until now have had nothing but excellent experiences with every Toyota dealership I have dealt with. Since you clearly cannot seem to conduct reasonable communication with you potential customers I find myself forced to take my business elsewhere. I had an oil change done on my Scion XB in June 2006; I have low profile wheels on my XB (bought and installed them at Geweke Scion) and the service man said he had fixed my tire pressure on my wheels. Two weeks later I get a flat tire and take it back to Geweke, they take it to BIG O Tire in Lodi and they say it was the tire pressure; that we hadn't checked it. I told Tom or shall I say I tried to tell Tom about the service man and tire pressure and he wouldn't even hear me out. I bought the XB in December 2004 and had 4 flat tires since then. Scion sold me the tires but they won't ever accept responsibility for them. So at the end, I had to pay $225.00 to have the original tires put back on. They suck big time; especially when it comes to customer serive!!!! More
