I came up to visit family from Southern California. Not quite sure I was going to buy a new car. I went to 2 other local Toyota Dealers and then to Geweke. They were the best. My husband and I had an appt. In the bay area to look at some cars at another dealer. We stopped here to review their inventory first. Dustin greeted us in a non-aggressive manner. In conjunction with Todd they really listened to the criteria we were looking for in a car. It had to be a 4 cylinder, newer model, and around 10k. They met our needs. We drove away in a timely fashion in an 09 Toyota yaris with 29k miles. The entire staff was very knowledgeable about the cars, the needs of the customer as well as credit and financing. In addition they all had a great sense of humor. The saved us a trip to the bay area and certainly felt it was a win- win for all parties involved. I am in sales myself and felt they were all honest and upfront the entire time. I would definately encourage anyone looking to purchase a vehicle to give these guys a shot! This was the second and last time that I dealt with this dealer. I signed contract for a Scion tc on November 16, 07. They promised me to get me the color I want with the fog light. I spent the whole evening talking to them on the things I wanted. They promised me to get it next day. I went there on Nov 17, 07. The car was there with the right color but not with the fog light. Now that I don't get what I want I was so frustrated. They should know how to calm down an irritated customer. Instead the told me like " I don't care if you walk out of here". The sales person Terry was very courteous and helpful. But the manager was so rude. So I told Terry that even though I like his service, I decided not to make the deal because of the manager's unprofessionalism. Instead of apologising, John, the manager, even threatened me that he will call the police because I said so. He rudely demanded me to leave. By the way, I am a physician and I never wanted to argue with such a rude person that I left. I am reporting this to Toyota headquarter on Monday. More

There was a misprint in a newspaper ad, and when questioned about it, we were accused of stating they were "false advertising". The fact of the matter is that there was no way a car could have an M questioned about it, we were accused of stating they were "false advertising". But she had to leave early and she gave me a call and told me to talk to another sale person Sam. He was a very nice salesperson. Eventually I talked to the so called "Manager" for the price and some other options negotiations. He is so rude and very unprofessional. I have never seen such a barbaric person. How in the world he became the manager? God knows! But what I do know is that Gewekee Toyota will go out of business if that manager continues to be there. More
