I previously visited at least 3 dealerships in the weeks prior to buying at Geweke in Lodi. Other dealerships could learn a ton of valuable practices from this staff. Having owned a 1991 Toyota pickup that had always provided us with excellent service through the years, but feeling it to be the time to upgrade, my wife and I decided to see what was available at Ge provided us with excellent service through the years, but feeling it to be the time to upgrade, my wife and I decided to see what was available at Geweke Toyota. Having been to a few other dealerships prior to coming to Geweke, we were pleasantly surprised when we were not "hawked" and immediately pulled around the dealership by a salesman as soon as we stepped out of our car. We were allowed to "cruise" around a little while, and when we felt ready to ask questions or talk to someone, Joseph was more than happy to help us. He answered our questions without excessive explanations, and if there was something he didn't have the answer to, he enlisted the help of Gary, who filled in all the gaps when needed. At no time was there any hint of a "hard or pushy" sales technique dropped on us, and it seemed that all anyone wanted to do was to help us in acquiring the vehicle that we may have been looking for. Unfortunately, they did not have exactly what we were looking for, so they said they would do whatever we wanted them to do to find one. The final result (and we couldn't be any happier,now) was to order one straight from the factory, which Geweke Toyota did. Every visit we made to the dealership for updates, we were greeted by all the staff there, almost like we were royalty or something, everyone doing what they could to hook us up with someone that would have information for us. Michael if fact, e-mailed us on numerous occassions to keep us informed as to the progress on the new pickup. From the start of this search for a new vehicle, my wife and I wanted to keep our business in Lodi, and we have to say that we are very glad we did, as doing business with Geweke Toyota was an enjoyable and rewarding experience. I was just going down the hwy and minding my own business when the Check Engine light came on. That can be a scarey thing when you don't know where to go for good and honest service. They were able to diagnose and begin work immediately but I had a few hours to "cool my heels". During that time I looked around and had a question about a Prius listed on their white board. Todd came by to where I was sitting and answered my question and showed me the car listed there. I wasn't interested in that Prius so he turned me over to Anthony who took me for a ride in a beautiful blue Prius and, although it had never been my intention to buy a car, I knew that I could not find another used Prius with such low mileage. So, I continued my journey in my new vehicle. My only regret is that I couldn't drive my old Prius home. It had been my faithful servant for over seven years. Some of my friends have said, "Gee, I wish I could have bought your old Prius." I got wonderful service at Geweke. I am very satisfied with my new used car. More

I had been looking for a used car for serveral months when I came across an internet sale from Geweke Toyota. I went to the dealership to check out the car. On my first visit I met Todd and Robert and when I came across an internet sale from Geweke Toyota. I went to the dealership to check out the car. On my first visit I met Todd and Robert and on my second visit I met Cory and Scot. Scot was the salesman I worked with and I was really impressed. We agreed on a price for my trade in and a price on the car I was buying in about twenty minutes. No hassles what so ever, no changing of the price, no pressure in regards to additional things such as extended maintenance agreements at all. When we finished with the financing and the rest of the paperwork my car was washed and the fuel tank was filled and I was on my way. That is the only time I ever bought a car from a dealership and felt completely at ease when I left and after I had rechecked my paperwork when I got home. Everything was done as advertised. Everything went great. Only problem I had was with the film on the outside of the windshield. When driving facing the sun in the late afternoon, I could barely see out of the windshield.
