What an amazing experience! I had been looking for a Toyota FJ Cruiser for some time, but not just any FJ cruiser. A 2008 Trail Teams special edition. My internet search lead me to Geweke Toyota in Lodi Toyota FJ Cruiser for some time, but not just any FJ cruiser. A 2008 Trail Teams special edition. My internet search lead me to Geweke Toyota in Lodi, CA. I summited my online request for this vehicle with all my trade in and financial information. Within 24hrs I recieved a response to my request from one of the sales team. This team was amazing. They were all very nice and I never once did I feel pressured or unimportant. Especially since I lived 4hrs away. After a couple of days of calls and negotiations back and forth. I finally placed a deposite on the vehicle I desired after all these years. The following day I woke my two daughters up at 4am and traveled the 4hrs to Lodi to pick up my new/used vehicle. Once I arrived at Geweke Toyota I was greated by some of the sales staff that I had been talking to over the internet and phone. The staff couldnt have been more friendly and welcoming. Even one of the ladies who I had spoke with over the phone was on her day off, but had to be at the dealership for a meeting. Stopped by the office and said Hello and showed geniuen kindness and concern to me and my girls. Once we got down to the paper work and finance part. Everything that we had negotiated over the phone had all been the same. No surprises, except one! How well the finance team worked to take in my trade and find me the loan to get my new FJ Cruiser. I wasnt the perfect candidate for a loan, but the team worked very hard to get me what I needed. As I took posession of the keys to my new vehicle I expected a nice hand shake from my sales man and "have a nice day". But again this sales team impressed me. I found myself surounded by the entire sales staff cheering and clapping for me on the purchase of my new vehicle. As they graciously took a photo of me and my girls for the scrap book. Each and every one of them shuck my hand and said congradulations. In all my vehicle purchasing experience's. This was by far the best car purchase experience I have ever had. Joey’s technical introduction to the Sienna features was both informed and sparked by enthusiasm (known only to a much younger generation). They were supported by Business Manager, Gary Jewell. Gary located the car Dennis described and sold to us. Questions regarding Toyota’s recent challenges and recalls were satisfactorily addressed by Ed Kaul, Service Manager. Financing was well handled by Troy Meath. Everyone was cordial, confident, patient and knowledgeable. These attributes made our conversion an informed decision to purchase our 2011, Sienna, from a Lodi dealer (our first Lodi dealer in recent memory).
