If I could select a minus amount of stars, I would. This dealership has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Even when told in person that we were not happy with the turn around of service or dealership has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Even when told in person that we were not happy with the turn around of service or even ordering the wrong parts to further delay the repairs, they told us we could go somewhere else. Can't believe thats their solution. So much for supporting local. Even when they was no one else waiting and four guys doing nothing they were unwilling to help or provide reasonable solutions or any service at all. What is a person to do?? The manager himself suggested we go somewhere else. Whats the point of even having this dealership in Lodi, no one wants to go there due to their poor ratings, poor communication skills and awful customer service. Its sad..... More
Something has changed with dealership. Terrible Customer Service. Very cold atmosphere and seems only interested in the income rather than the service. It would be amazing if someone out there ran a dealership service department that was completely open and honest about what to expect. Made an appointment to have my Jeep worked on at 9am. It needed to g service department that was completely open and honest about what to expect. Made an appointment to have my Jeep worked on at 9am. It needed to get a control module reflashed. A process that does not take much time but does take proprietary software and an extremely expensive tool. Arrived at the stealership and was told 9am was their drop off time. They wouldn’t even be touching the car until the end of the day. Don’t make an appointment if you aren’t going to honor it. Tell people over the phone what you actually mean by an appointment. I would have made plans and figured out how to make it work if I’d have known. You can’t take my families only vehicle for an entire day without notice. Horrible customer service and insane prices are why I stay away from the dealership service department as much as possible. But sometimes you can’t avoid it. He got very "impatient", and short with me, explaining that he makes over 100 calls a day, and was very busy. I was insulted by his tone & message, I offered that perhaps if he had over 100 customers, he was too busy to serve me, he laughed , and said "Merry Christmas" and hung up on me. I purchased a 2500 diesel with 14,000 miles on it. After a few months I noticed that the front end suspension was not sitting level. After taking the vehicle to another dodge dealer, they told me that the a few months I noticed that the front end suspension was not sitting level. After taking the vehicle to another dodge dealer, they told me that the vehicle had an aftermarket leveling kit installed incorrectly. I took the vehicle back to Lodi where I purchased it, and they agreed to remove the kit at their cost. 3 weeks later, my axle broke where the leveling kit was installed. No ownership. No rental car. I’ve now lost my job because I can’t tow. And this dealer isn’t accepting any responsibility. DONT BUY FROM THEM. And yes, I am filing a lawsuit against them for this wonderful experience. More
I bought a 2016 Subaru from Lodi dodge I drove it for a week I got a ticket for my ex system that came with the car when I bought it I called the dealer and they told me it's my responsibility cost me $150 week I got a ticket for my ex system that came with the car when I bought it I called the dealer and they told me it's my responsibility cost me $1500.00 drove it for approximately two months the engine blew up When I bought the car I was told the car had a factory warranty on it so I did not buy an extended warranty so when the engine blew up I had it tow to Subaru they checked it out and I was told it needed an engine and it would not be covered under the factory warranty And the reason why was it had aftermarket parts on it I call the dealer and talk to the GM He told me that it's not their responsibility I bought the car with those parts on it The dealer told me that I could put those parts on so what I did I got a hold of the original owner I talk to him he told me that he install those parts when he owned the car so after the car been with Subaru for two months It cost me $8000 plus a rental car for over 2 months and the general manager will not even talk to me about it it's really sad they would treat the customers this way I could not make the payments on the car and pay for the engine so I got three months behind on my payment so I could pay for the engine and kept the car stay away from this Dealer More

Experience fully satisfactory I own a Chrysler, ergo I get my Chrysler serviced at a Chrysler dealer / garage... I also own a Chevrolet with 275,000 miles & I still get it serviced I own a Chrysler, ergo I get my Chrysler serviced at a Chrysler dealer / garage... I also own a Chevrolet with 275,000 miles & I still get it serviced at a Chevrolet dealer / garage every 5000 - 6000 miles. If I owned a Ford I would get it serviced at a Ford dealer / garage...Sounds pretty simple to me...Lodi CDJR has a highly qualified Chrysler full service garage with fully certified mechanics...What more can I say More
