As a Cadillac dealership I think the service, the selection, and the overall experience should be so much better than it is. I always schedule my oil changes yet they take HOURS! There are never lo selection, and the overall experience should be so much better than it is. I always schedule my oil changes yet they take HOURS! There are never loaner cars available either. My brakes have squeaked since my vehicle was about 5 months old. I’ve had it serviced by them several times and they never fix the issue. I was told “that’s just how they are.” It’s embarrassing constantly being the squeaky car everywhere I go…especially since I’m driving a 1 year old Cadillac! I bought it new off of the Lockhart lot. More
I am not sure what to make of this place. I mean, they offer shuttle and said that the wait time would be about a couple of hours. So I called ahead to schedule. I got there and a balding heavy set guy took my order and asked if I needed a shuttle. I said yeah and I lived on the southside of Indianapolis, well he said that they only go as far as five miles. The website says 10, and so did the person who I set the scheduled appointment with. When I mentioned her, he quickly said "okay no problem". Hmm. So they replaced my part, and a different person checked me out. A blond girl with a scar on her face. I asked if there was a warranty. She looked at her paperwork (not mine) and said two years. Well I got home and looked my invoice and there was NOTHING about a warranty. So I messaged them, and some guy emailed me back and said the warranty is only a year. I also didn't notice, but they left a fold open under the CUE system. Now I have to figure out how to close it. I can't believe I missed it. I don't know what kind of scam these people trying to run, but be careful. I don't know who Dough Haggard is, but I couldn't complete this without adding an employee's name. More
Doug Haggard was waiting for me when I arrived and had the paperwork ready for me.
