I just traded in my Cadillac CTS 2012 leased company car, three months ago and would never tell my friends or family members to come to this dealership. The first day we took my Cadillac CTS home October 29, three months ago and would never tell my friends or family members to come to this dealership. The first day we took my Cadillac CTS home October 29, 2011 the tire light came on. We checked all tires to find the back rear tire had only 26 pounds in it and this was in 2011. I called my sales person and she said to make appointment with service to bring car back in to address the tire issue, and also while we looked at the car some more we noticed in the chrome rim there was a deep mark in it, and also a pen mark in the back seat. When I picked up my car after all the repairs were done, they buffed out the rim, aired up tire, and put in a new backseat everything was good, but in two weeks my tire light came back on, and this happened every month I had the car. My husband waited an hour when he brought it in for a oil change and to see why the tire was always low on air just the one in the back rear, they did water test, and no problem with the tire they told my husband. After two years and now its 2013 my two front tires only had 20 pounds in the two fronts, and my husband was going to take the car to a business trip on Jan 20, 2013 the coldest day of the year and I called in and said I have had this issue for two years ,and I have had to air up the one tire, but now its two tires at 20 pounds each and that was going on after they rotated them. In Jan 2013 after I called and spoke with receptionist and was concerned for our safety she seemed like she didn't care about the problem we were having, I just wanted to speak to a service manager or a higher up to resolve the issue because going to service was not fixing the tire issues and they were getting worse over the years. I told the service manager that my husband is all I have, and I don't want something to happen to him when he went on his business trip. He told me to bring the car in that night which was a friday after work and he would give me a loaner until the tire issue was resolved. When we got our car back after having it detailed and paying $200.00 our car was dirty inside, and my tire issue was fixed after two years of asking for it to get fixed. After all this I told my husband I don't want this car anymore and I don't want to go back to this dealership, to find out when we traded our lease in they had us locked in for a four year term and we wanted a three year term to have the car because we never go over the three years because of changing body styles and we like newer looks of cars. The CTS was my dream car, but the dealership made this not my dream car anymore. I ordered my new car and it took three months to get it, but I can say the car I am driving now is safe and reliable and no lights have came on the dash. Bottom line, You can't replace the ones you love and safety is first, Life is too short!!! Stay away from this dealership!!!! More

The customer service was outstanding. Jim was very responsive and provided updates on the progress of my vehicle as well as recommended additional repairs. What I truly appreciated was that he separated what needed to be done this visit from what he recommended to be done either that day or in the near future and then allowed me to decide without pressure. The car wash and a quick vacuum was a very nice touch and appreciated. Kim Heman was spectacular. She was the only person still in the service area when I arrived shortly after 6pm on Monday. Even though it was after hours, she allowed me to pull my truck inside for the evening, answered all of my questions and then waited with me until my ride arrived. Her extra effort, versus just telling me to use the night service deposit box, made a big difference in my experience. Kim then again helped me at check out as there was a slight confusion, she happily stepped in and got me on my way. This level of service is why I will be coming back to buy my next vehicle from Lockhart! As a side note, I was also dealing with another vendor for a different vehicle at the exact same time. Not only did I not receive the same level of service, their timeliness was pathetic, which cost them all of my families future business. It was almost the exact opposite scenario, no updates and no sense of urgency to fix my vehicle. More

I expected to pay more going to the dealer but I didn't expect to fix their work. I had to tighten my steering column after a fix and a part on my headliner was not reistalled correctly after a sunroof fi expect to fix their work. If I'm paying that much for (around $145/hr) I expect the work done without obvious flaws. More
Drove over 900 miles to buy a used car that was placed on "hold" with Dave from internet sales for Lockhart. When we arrived, Dave was out on a test drive and George greeted us. We looked around at a few other high priced Cadillacs when George asked what we were here to look at with Dave. After mentioning the vehicle we were there to buy, George informed us he had sold the car, "just this morning. Paid for and delivered." We waited to speak with Dave - hoping this may be a bad sales ploy - unfortunately for us, the car was sold. These are just lying, dishonest salespeople with a lack of integrity. Cadillac is a great car, just sold by horrible people. Never dealing with a Cadillac dealership again. More
Not willing to negotiate. Was willing to pay cash for a used 2006 Volkswagen Beetle and they only came down $95 off the sticker price when there was a $300 repair they knew about. Ifound the car with the options and color I wanted through the gm site. I called and a salesperson gave me a price. Since the car with my specifications wasn't available in my area, I decided to dr through the gm site. I called and a salesperson gave me a price. Since the car with my specifications wasn't available in my area, I decided to drive the 150 miles to the dealership to get the car. I told the salesperson that I would be there in less than 4 hours. Enroute, I called, and told the salesperson that I would be there in 2 hours. We arrived early, only to find that the salesperson was with another client. We were told a few minutes wait, we said fine. BUT, it was over 2 1/2 hours before we were dealt with! I don't understand why someone else couldn't have taken care of us! When I mentioned that I was using my GM card, the salesperson couldn't figure out how to work the GM website to get my earnings. I grabbed the mouse from her and filled it out myself! Then it turned out that the price she gave me couldn't be combined with the GM card earnings. At this time, we had already driven 3 hours, sat there 3 hours, and had a 3 hour drive home. If we had been local, we would have left after a 30 minute wait. We ended up paying more than we expected to. During our 2 1/2 hours of exile, several salespersons, and the person that ended up being the head of sales kept walking past us. I don't understand why nobody else could take care of us. It turned out that the head of sales had us sign the paperwork, I have no idea why we had to wait why she took care of the other customer. I don't know why their transaction took so long either. When we were done, she insisted on pointing out features of the car. She told us several things that were not correct about our vehicle. When she left, she hit the onstar button, and told me that they would give us directions back home. It was a waste of 10 minutes, because the onstar directions functionality of the car wouldn't be available for 24 hours after activation. She should have know this! She told me she would call me on Monday morning to see how things were going. It's now Wednesday, and I haven't even had an email from her. I thought I would at least get an apology and a thanks for my business. Nothing! We had no trade-in, and no financing was necessary. I don't know why we had to wait so so long! I have had mulitilpe problems with this dealership over the past three years. I bought two cars from them, and I would recommend to anyone looking to buy a Cadillac DON'T. By anything but. The dealership is more worried about making money than satisfiying the customers. I have repeadily gotten my car back without it being fixed properly. I have now been waiting three days for a call back. No such luck there. Infact I was told by the service manager that I had to look at the sun to get things done. Which meant I have to contact Mr Lockhart to get the proper repairs. This dealership is a total joke. Let alone the fact that my car is only three years old, and everytime I take outside the state lines it brakes down. I can get more luxury and reliability out of a KIA. More
