Vehicle delivered without options quoted as having. No resolution to this issue. After nearly two months, there has yet to be any resolution. The sales manager Matt contacted me and assured me that we can resolve the issue. There has been no real attempt to resolve the issue. The only option provided at this point has been to purchase another vehicle at lesser value and pay more dollars. I have asked for my trade in back and I would return the purchased vehicle along with any dollars exchanged and Lockhart wouldn’t agree. Clearly, Lockhart is trying to flip an additional car and add to the bottom line. More
It took almost two weeks to reply to my inquiry of a specific vehicle. I stopped by after one week and nobody helped me so I left. If I wasn’t smart enough to bypass the general manager and go directly to service I would now be $4500.+ out of pocket. After what I I would say that I was being ignored , my husband called service. I got 2 totally different answers. I have that proof on my phone. I went in to complain but have not heard anything. If you’re a woman, watch your back and don’t work with Bob H.
