We went to test drive the car and were quoted a rate and asked a specific question about the warranty. Went back the next day to purchase the car. Rate was higher and the warranty answer we were given was asked a specific question about the warranty. Went back the next day to purchase the car. Rate was higher and the warranty answer we were given was incorrect. Ended up purchasing car. Scratch to be buffed. Came back to get car. Scratch was not fixed. Cannot open secured loan docs. Told they would be printed. Left message for sales manager. Still no returned phone call. Two thumbs down. More
